Láska je kytarové sólo / Love is a guitar solo 

Tento obraz byl, a stále je,  pro mne velmi osobní a významný. Jednalo se o svatební dar pro mou dceru a jejího partnera. Tenkrát  mě Terezka překvapila:  "Mami, byla bych moc ráda, pokud bys nám namalovala obraz. Namaluj prosím něco,  co bude jen naše..  Něco, co nás oba vyjadřuje a spojuje, co máme rádi a s čím nám bude dobře". Vlastní dcera a chce ode mne obraz. Krásný pocit, velká pocta, ale zároveň i výzva. Víte co se říká mezi doktory, hlavně nikdy neléčit vlastní rodinu. :-) Oba dva mají rádi muziku a muzika je spojila. Tehdy  "ještě budoucí" manžel Terezy je frontmanem mladé pražské rockové a punkové kapely.  Nemají obývací pokoj, ale pracovně/hudební místnost, kde je jim moc dobře. A tam měl obraz přijít.  Takže vše bylo celkem jasné. Téma, barvy i rozměr díla. Prostě hudba jako láska pro lásku. Barvy jsem volila tak, aby lahodily jejich oku, zároveň  korespondovaly s interiérem a celkový dojem působil velmi harmonicky.  

Hotový obraz jsme s manželem pověsili, když nebyli doma.  Překvápko. Bylo úžasné, když nám pozdě večer volali, byli dost dojati a měli velkou radost. Obraz se moc líbil a to je to nejvíc.  A co se skrývá pod vrstvami oleje, to ví jen oni sami :-).

This painting was, and still is, very personal and meaningful to me. It was a wedding gift for my daughter and her partner. At that time, Terezka surprised me by saying, "Mom, I would love if you would paint an art for us. Something that expresses and connects us, that we both love and that we are comfortable with."  My own daughter wants a painting from me. A beautiful feeling, a great honour, but also a challenge. You know what they say among doctors, never treat your own family. :-) They both love music and music brought them together. Tereza's that time fiance is the frontman of a young Prague rock and punk band.  They don't have a living room, but a art music room where they are very comfortable. This was the place where the painting was supposed to come.  So everything was pretty clear. The theme, the colours and the size of the painting. Just music as love for love. I chose the colours in such a way it would be pleasing to their eye, at the same time it would corresponded with their interior and the overall impression would be very harmonious.  

My husband and I hung the finished painting when they were not at home.  Surprise. It was amazing when they called us late in the evening, they were quite touched and very happy. They really liked the painting and that's the best part.  And what lies beneath the layers of oil, only they know :-).
